Business Analyst, ROPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct intricate analyses, including the creation of analytical models.

• Evaluate and quantify the business implications of various initiatives.

• Design automated reporting systems centered around essential business drivers.

• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access.

• Deconstruct complex challenges and formulate effective solutions.

• Integrate analytical insights to propose, facilitate, and enhance strategic and process improvements within the revenue cycle.

• Question established operations to uncover opportunities for transformative change.

• Drive change and achieve results through effective written and verbal communication.

• Collaborate with leaders across diverse teams, as well as with external vendors and insurance providers.

• Develop and sustain project plans.

• Prepare and deliver project updates to key stakeholders.

• Manage resources and time in accordance with work priorities and value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business).

• 1-2 years of experience or equivalent applicable work experience.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access is preferred.

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, encompassing analytical modeling and insight generation.

• Capability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward and comprehensible manner to various audiences, including senior leadership.

• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle management is preferred.
