Senior Business Analyst, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital link among business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.

• Provide scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Engage in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization alongside Product Owners and development teams.

• Outline future-state capabilities, evaluate impacts, model processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to business results.

• Examine system interactions, data flows, and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure.

• Specify requirements for AI-driven features, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.

• Advocate for responsible and ethical AI utilization.

• Facilitate communication, manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguities, and present proposals to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development environments, particularly focusing on enterprise-scale products.

• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling.

• Proficient with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and process modeling tools (Visio/Miro).

• Power BI experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, RAG workflows, and AI governance.

• Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, and SAFe (POPM or Agilist).

• Advanced conversational proficiency in English and Spanish is essential and will be assessed.

• Candidates residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Must be based in Mexico.

• A valid visa to work in Mexico is required.
