This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee ServiceNow projects, engaging with clients and users to identify and convert functional requirements.
• Work collaboratively with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and manage ServiceNow applications.
• Convert intricate business requirements into technical designs and solutions utilizing ServiceNow.
• Document current-state processes and challenges while designing future-state processes in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with users and stakeholders throughout the project and development phases.
• Partner with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow products, features, and industry developments.
• Perform technical assessments and offer recommendations for enhancing ServiceNow implementations.
• Create functional work products, including process maps, design documents, and communications.
• Assist in functional product testing and training initiatives.
• Develop technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Must HOLD and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates are required to obtain an approved clearance adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• At least THREE (3) years of experience in ServiceNow or similar technology implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, including App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Comprehensive technology consulting experience, with the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training sessions.
• Experience in an Agile work environment.
• One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
• Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the aptitude to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals at all levels.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with other low-code and no-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Practical experience in configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• General understanding of financial management aspects, especially within a federal context.
