📋 Description

• Organize and monitor system access for members of the project team, including Project Managers, Lead CRAs, and CRAs.

• Maintain and conduct quality audits on project portal documents to ensure that the latest revisions are accessible.

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of clinical trial documentation, such as Investigator Site Files.

• Oversee version control and quality assurance of project documentation, submitting documents to the trial master file.

• Track and manage project-related information, including logs for site medical questions and answers.

• Produce and distribute minutes for project meetings, encompassing both Sponsor and Internal Management meetings.

• Provide administrative support and project tracking for clinical project teams.

• Ensure that assigned project tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in the local language of the country where the position is based.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

• At least two years of experience in a relevant position.
