This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the oversight and evaluation of clinical trial sites by ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Organize study team meetings, manage meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors.
• Grant and sustain system access.
• Provide support for study operations activities across various stakeholders.
• Schedule weekly team meetings, document minutes, refresh slides, and maintain action logs.
• Aid in the preparation and assessment of regulatory documents.
• Assist with vendor access requests and ancillary supplies, along with vendor management duties such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and support for trial sites throughout the study lifecycle.
• Monitor site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to improve site management efficiency.
• Engage in training initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Offer backup support to the project manager.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring, with a strong grasp of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with systems such as Veeva Vault, Excel, and Vendor portals.
• Keen to explore and adopt new technologies, systems, and digital solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• Experience working on a regional level and capacity.
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail, dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering and sustaining effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.
