📋 Description

• Assist in the management and execution of clinical trials by performing various administrative and operational tasks.

• Take responsibility for clinical trial management deliverables and leverage expertise to address complex challenges.

• Provide administrative assistance, including documentation management, meeting coordination, and maintenance of trial-related records.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate trial operations and address study-related issues.

• Oversee and monitor trial progress, manage communications with sites, and ensure the timely provision of study materials.

• Develop and sustain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations and successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field is required.

• Significant experience in a clinical trial support role, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and projects.

• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and relevant software, with meticulous attention to detail in documentation and data management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in Malaysia.
