Senior Clinical Trial Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the management of clinical trial deliverables while applying expertise to address complex challenges.

• Offer administrative assistance for clinical trials, which includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and keeping trial-related records up to date.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and resolve any study-related issues.

• Oversee and monitor trial progress, including managing communications with sites and ensuring the timely provision of study materials.

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations and the success of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in a clinical trial support position, demonstrating a strong grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and projects.

• Proficient in clinical trial management systems and related software.

• A meticulous eye for detail in documentation and data management.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in France.
