This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Ear, Nose and Throat therapies through surgical assistance, follow-up services, troubleshooting, customer care, and education.

• Act as a representative for Medtronic during surgical operations by ensuring accessibility to equipment and products, aiding in device selection, programming, implantation, and testing of device systems.

• Deliver clinical assistance in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-up care at hospitals and clinics.

• Address technical inquiries from customers, patients, and team members.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products in the market.

• Train and educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on products and therapies.

• Support Management and Sales Training efforts in educating and training new district employees.

• Complete necessary event reporting and documentation utilizing Medtronic technology tools.

• Process customer service orders for pending purchase orders and product replacements.

• Collaborate with materials management to gather purchase orders for covered cases.

• Oversee inventory supplied for case coverage.

• Contribute to quarterly objectives related to district and national initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to meet territory/district business targets and document quarterly activities.

• Visit accounts to restock literature and foster or maintain relationships with office staff.

• Effectively utilize mobile phones, iPads, and PCs.

• Manage personal expenses and budget efficiently.

• Ensure familiarity with relevant quality policies and systems.

• Adhere to work and quality procedures to guarantee compliance and high-quality output.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience.

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

• Valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy required.

• Driving approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory; driving record will be evaluated.

• Familiarity with healthcare universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious diseases and radiation.

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and nights as needed.

• Ability to engage in overnight travel within the assigned district or neighboring districts.

• Capable of working efficiently and independently with minimal guidance outside clinical events.

• Willingness to attend national and district meetings, along with other training sessions as requested.

• Ability to wear a 7–9 lbs protective lead apron for extended periods during surgical procedures.

• Capability to lift weights up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for over 8 hours per day.

• Ability to frequently bend/stoop, squat, and maintain balance.

• Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required.

• For baccalaureate degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that fulfills 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree.

• Preferred: Registered nurse or healthcare professional experience in a sterile environment.

• Preferred: Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care.

• Preferred: Experience providing service to medical personnel regarding product usage.

• Preferred: Background in a medical device or pharmaceutical company and clinical experience in a specialty area.

• Preferred: Understanding of basic reimbursement processes and the healthcare environment.
