Senior Clinical Solutions Executive – Epidemiologist, Infection Control, Clinical Scientific Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Implement company strategies with precision and effectiveness.

• Facilitate educational and training sessions for clinicians, infection control teams, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical personnel.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians and Heads of Departments in various healthcare institutions.

• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare influencers.

• Keep the Cepheid customer database current and accurate.

• Provide support to existing customers while identifying opportunities for expansion.

• Create qualified business leads with both new and existing clients.

• Aid in product launches both in the field and at trade shows or conferences.

• Partner with key opinion leaders to develop clinical case studies.

• Assist laboratory departments in the adoption of Cepheid technology.

• Perform technology demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and application support.

• Train field teams of channel partners on sales and marketing tools.

• Remain informed on Cepheid clinical data and share insights at congresses, exhibitions, and meetings.

• Keep abreast of WHO, GLI, CDC, NHS, and regional/national guidelines and protocols.

• Collaborate with distributor sales teams and Cepheid business units on pre- and post-sales strategies.

• Provide support for newly launched products and enhance assay utilization among clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in medical fields such as Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Infectious Diseases, along with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• A Master's degree with 3–5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in Quality Improvement Project Management.

• Over 5 years of experience in the Saudi healthcare market.

• A strong foundational understanding of Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, and Hematology/Oncology.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Strong skills in selling and negotiation.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Clinical and laboratory experience is beneficial.
