Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial activities in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring tasks that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and continuous improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate efficient trial operations.

• Monitor respiratory and cardiovascular studies in the Greater Toronto Area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, possessing a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficiency in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).
