Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials, emphasizing quality assurance and ongoing enhancement.

• Assess clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and GCP standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and facilitate effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow CRAs.

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Oversee respiratory and cardiovascular studies in the Greater Toronto Area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, demonstrating a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Proven track record of managing multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in monitoring techniques, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficient in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
