Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial activities in alignment with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and facilitate successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Oversee cardiovascular and respiratory studies.

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects at the same time.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
