This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and implement sophisticated sourcing strategies for clinical candidates to meet the physician recruitment demands of the organization.
• Take charge of managing intricate and high-priority sourcing requirements independently.
• Produce leads for physician and advanced practitioner candidates through various channels, including job boards, database searches, email and text campaigns, social media, Boolean searches, and more.
• Formulate and execute sourcing strategies tailored for specific markets and challenging clinical roles.
• Leverage market intelligence, candidate data, sourcing analytics, and recruiting trends to detect talent pools and suggest targeted methods.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and implement data-driven modifications.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and stakeholders to comprehend priorities, market challenges, candidate profiles, and sourcing necessities.
• Organize and participate in strategy sessions with Recruiters.
• Craft targeted outreach and messaging for candidates that align with the company's branding standards.
• Document activities in CRM and/or ATS, and enhance databases.
• Investigate, assess, and propose new sourcing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Disseminate best practices for sourcing, market insights, and effective strategies with the wider sourcing and recruiting teams.
• Participate in virtual and in-person recruiting events as required.
• Proficient sourcing skills for physicians using advanced Boolean searches and platforms such as PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, DocCafe, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong capabilities in social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, for lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems is essential.
• Significant experience with CRMs and the creation of automated email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Bullhorn Automation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with Recruiters and/or other internal stakeholders/clients.
• Exceptional strategic planning abilities and the capacity to influence others through logic, data, and relationship-building.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to innovate and be creative.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical industry supporting physician talent acquisition is required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Close visual acuity is necessary.
