This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Investigate and address patient complaints related to clinical matters.
• Gather contextual information from patients, clinic staff, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations involving radiology, patient experience, and provider teams.
• Triage and escalate concerns to ensure timely, empathetic, and comprehensive resolutions.
• Educate patients on medical history, scan results, and whole-body MRI procedures.
• Prepare and present complex cases for clinical quality review, offering evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage the internal incident reporting system and compile summaries of events.
• Lead or take part in root cause analyses to identify systemic issues and latent vulnerabilities.
• Translate findings from incidents into actionable risk-mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that safety tracking and incident resolutions adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Design, implement, and assess quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor trends in safety and quality data and suggest preventive measures.
• Advocate for a fair and transparent safety culture.
• Train clinical and administrative staff on psychological safety and open incident reporting.
• Maintain secure records of quality activities, complaints, and incident investigations.
• Prepare monthly quality and safety reports for leadership, including trends, loop-closure metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Current and valid multi-state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Willingness and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an active clinical environment.
• At least 2 years of focused experience in clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management.
• Experience in MRI services, radiology, or oncology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with and dedication to proactive care culture principles, systemic risk management, and human factors in healthcare safety.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to convert safety data into actionable clinical workflows.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, scaling processes, and designing new systems in a rapidly growing health-tech environment.
• Excellent remote communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
• Proficiency in video conferencing, Slack, Google Workspace, and email.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
