This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Assist the Infection Prevention Director with various projects, process management, analyses, and leadership presentations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with internal partners and external vendors.

• Design processes that span the entire lifecycle from identifying gaps to execution.

• Create and oversee individual work plans, contributing to the overall project plans.

• Formulate analytical strategies and frameworks utilizing continuous improvement tools.

• Manage both strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional clinical, operational, and senior business leaders.

• Develop and articulate project scope, timelines, plans, and resource needs.

• Create, implement, and promote the adoption of processes and solutions.

• Supervise and manage the Analyst, Clinical Operations project portfolio.

• Offer coaching and project sponsorship while removing obstacles.

• Cultivate relationships with leaders and clinical team members across all levels.

• Relay project status, requirements, targets, goals, scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue to senior leadership.

• Assist with tracking divisional goals, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and various projects.

• Oversee initiatives aimed at division-wide growth.

• Structure and develop improvement opportunities using continuous improvement methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership position is required.

• At least 2 years of project management experience is essential.

• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

• Previous experience in healthcare services and/or with payors, physician networks, preventive care models, and/or integrated care models is preferred.

• An MBA or a graduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
