Senior Clinical Programs Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage focused campaigns aimed at closing care gaps.

• Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical team members to pinpoint opportunities for patient outreach and clinical interventions.

• Assess clinical and operational performance throughout assigned care pods and IKC markets.

• Present findings, trends, and actionable insights in workgroups and leadership meetings.

• Create and sustain programs to facilitate reconciliation with payor partners.

• Ensure precise tracking, reporting, and alignment of clinical data with the requirements of external partners.

• Spearhead pilot programs to innovate care models.

• Contribute to the development of training materials for frontline staff regarding care gap workflows.
