📋 Description

• Lead clinical coordination activities that require in-depth technical knowledge, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Manage and orchestrate clinical trial operations to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical trial challenges, enhance processes, and guarantee effective study execution.

• Supervise site management and monitoring to maintain data integrity and adherence to study protocols.

• Provide direction and support to clinical staff and investigators, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor and report on trial progress, recognize potential risks, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset focused on ensuring trial success and addressing clinical challenges.
