This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Supervise and facilitate the implementation of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Lead clinical coordination initiatives that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.
• Manage and organize clinical trial operations in line with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trial-related issues, enhance processes, and conduct studies effectively.
• Oversee site management and monitoring to guarantee data integrity and adherence to protocols.
• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators.
• Monitor and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for mitigation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in managing clinical trials, with a robust understanding of trial processes and regulatory demands.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple projects, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in ensuring trial success while addressing clinical challenges.
