📋 Description

• Lead clinical coordination activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Organize and manage clinical trial operations to guarantee compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical trial challenges and enhance processes.

• Supervise site management and monitoring to maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to study protocols.

• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators.

• Monitor and report on trial advancement, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory guidelines.
