Senior Client Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop pipelines and acquire new business within a high-achieving team.

• Expand partner accounts by categorizing customers and enhancing engagement.

• Ensure that apprenticeships are employer-driven, compliant, and fulfill stakeholder requirements.

• Assist in the planning, delivery, and monitoring of apprenticeships.

• Implement the apprenticeship sales strategy.

• Participate in events and provide market insights.

• Draft proposals and bids.

• Aid in contract negotiations.

• Maintain HubSpot and follow up on marketing leads.

• Execute attraction campaigns.

• Facilitate effective selection processes to enhance applicant success.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of apprenticeship regulations and systems.

• Perform other reasonable tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in apprenticeships, work-based learning, or similar programs, including compliance and employer relationship management.

• In-depth understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy.

• Experience in account management.

• Proficient in using CRM systems.

• Background in collaborating with employers on skills projects or in a target-driven, client-facing setting.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders within deadlines.

• Knowledge or experience with OFSTED requirements.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable collaborating with construction industry professionals, including both SMEs and large contractors.

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building capabilities.
