This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates closely with advisors, line-of-business specialists, and dedicated client servicing teams to assess client data and determine needs.
• Aids in developing efficient risk management solutions tailored to achieve clients’ financial objectives.
• Prepares premium distribution allocations.
• Drafts and updates renewal proposals.
• Compiles documents for presenting risks to the market.
• Prepares applications, insurance summaries, and other coverage-related documentation.
• Supports client service teams with presentation materials.
• Analyzes and summarizes intricate data, compiling reports independently.
• Inputs data into insurance company and firm software applications.
• Manages complex audits and completes relevant audit worksheets.
• Reviews contract stipulations for intricate certificate requests.
• Conducts in-depth reviews of quotes.
• Provides quotes for flood and builders’ risk policies upon Account Manager's request.
• Manages process-oriented quoting for assigned accounts, including NFIP, bonds, and small builders’ risk.
• Renews bonds and flood insurance policies.
• Identifies and follows up on binding subjectivities.
• Trains and mentors fellow Analysts.
• Undertakes special projects as assigned.
• Recognizes opportunities for enhancing the firm, business segment, and processes.
• Escalates issues and discrepancies to the appropriate leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance sector is required; 3+ years’ experience is preferred.
• Must maintain all necessary licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance for providing service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in the states where the firm operates, or be willing and capable of obtaining all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
• Possesses strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibits high attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a dynamic team environment.
