This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist Fifth Third Wealth Advisors in all facets of client service to guarantee client satisfaction, retention, growth, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Fifth Third Bank Trust and Private Bank partners to deliver seamless client service across various business lines.
• Oversee the administration of client investment advisory accounts and associated service activities.
• Work alongside Advisors to maintain and expand the client base.
• Enhance processes to improve the client experience.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, including document preparation, account setup, asset transfers, and collaboration with external custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity.
• Coordinate with FTWA Administration and Operations regarding account initiation, maintenance transactions, and asset transfers.
• Monitor daily investment advisory activities for compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Ensure that documentation is preserved and complies with relevant rules, regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with clients’ external attorneys, accountants, and planners.
• Assist with client proposals, performance reports, and marketing materials for new business development efforts.
• Create and maintain client data on Emoney.
• Utilize CRM and electronic workflow tools effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of client service or sales experience with high net worth or ultra-high net worth clients.
• Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems, document repositories, and electronic workflow tools.
• General understanding of investment reporting systems, investment performance calculations, analytics, investment strategies, markets, and securities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with Black Diamond is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of portfolio management and trade order management systems; Charles River is preferred.
• Basic understanding of custodial systems.
• Willingness to travel as required within the bank’s footprint.
• Capacity to develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and regulatory compliance.
• Adaptability in managing changing priorities and new tasks.
