This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the main contact and subject matter expert for investment manager clients during the implementation of new business and throughout ongoing service relationships.
β’ Support clients with Collective Investment Trust projects and initiatives, focusing on alternative assets.
β’ Develop project plans and facilitate conference calls to coordinate the legal establishment, operational setup, and launch of CITs.
β’ Establish processes and practices to effectively and accurately advance the business.
β’ Collect data and prepare presentations on new client product developments for the Trust New Business Committee to secure Trust Company approval.
β’ Oversee or assist management with additional CIT-related projects.
β’ Collaborate with team members to fulfill client requirements.
β’ Participate in product development conversations with SEI, investment manager clients, and other stakeholders to create and implement solutions for alternative asset classes in the 401(k) market.
β’ A BS/BA degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Geneva, Investier, Investran, and/or InvestOne is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office is required.
β’ Knowledge of alternative investment products is desirable.
β’ Experience in project management is preferred.
β’ Understanding of collective investment trusts, fund of fund operations, or other pooled investment vehicles is preferred.
β’ A self-starter with excellent decision-making abilities.
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills.
β’ Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines.
β’ Consistent and reliable attendance in alignment with position, business, and/or client needs.
β’ Capability and motivation to learn new concepts and systems and apply them to daily work tasks.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
