This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at enhancing revenue growth and ensuring long-term success for customers.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders within both business and technology sectors.
• Dedicate substantial time on-site with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new consulting and professional services opportunities within current accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Google Cloud sales teams to formulate joint account strategies, co-sell opportunities, and customer engagement plans.
• Work alongside Zencore delivery, architecture, and engineering teams to guarantee the successful execution of customer engagements.
• Lead executive business reviews, account planning sessions, and opportunity pipeline assessments.
• Navigate intricate enterprise organizations to discover expansion opportunities across various business units.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity tracking within CRM.
• Stay updated on Google Cloud technologies, AI, infrastructure modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives to provide effective customer advice.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise account management, client management, consulting sales, or professional services.
• Proven track record of successfully growing strategic enterprise accounts with measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, account expansion, and customer retention.
• Demonstrated capability to present quantifiable achievements (e.g., revenue growth, percentages of account expansion, multi-million-dollar service engagements).
• Background in a consulting or professional services organization, with preference given to experience with leading consultancies such as Slalom, Accenture, Deloitte, or top Google Cloud partners.
• Familiarity with working alongside Google Cloud sales organizations and understanding Google's co-sell dynamics.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time on-site with customers.
• Data-driven development of new service offerings to meet client needs.
