Senior Client Partner

📋 Description

• Directly oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, typically valued between $5-10M.

• Establish advisory relationships that yield significant business impact and revenue enhancement:

• - Proficient in understanding clients' business challenges and guiding them in utilizing the Horizontal methodology and solutions to achieve business results.

• - Skilled in networking within client organizations; responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding relationships at senior and executive levels.

• - Capable of facilitating advisory discussions by leveraging industry thought leadership, relevant case studies, best practices, and valuable business insights.

• - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients, including their organizational structure, goals, and financial frameworks.

• - Lead client mapping initiatives, ensuring that relationships are nurtured with the right personnel from Horizontal.

• - Cultivate internal curiosity about our clients' business, experiences, technology, and branding goals among the Horizontal team.

• - Oversee the successful onboarding process between Horizontal and clients, ensuring a smooth transition to project delivery leadership.

• - Utilize your industry expertise to navigate clients through various solutions and opportunities, enabling them to make informed and confident decisions.

• - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics for your portfolio and guide teams in implementing improvement strategies as necessary.

• - Engage in partial billability (25-50%) for hands-on strategy or delivery work.

• Drive organic growth and ensure profitability at the account level:

• - Capable of authoring and executing strategic plans for each account, identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities to expand Horizontal’s presence within client organizations.

• - Build strong stewardship with clients, acting as their strategic consultant, reinforcing relationships and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth.

• - Closely manage revenue, ensuring all opportunities are accurately represented and forecasted while upholding annual commitments.

• - Lead the definition of scope across multiple complex client accounts, translating ambiguous requests into proposals and contracts with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and consultancy.

• - Maintain a thorough understanding of Horizontal's service offerings and partnerships to facilitate cross-selling across capabilities and solutions, thereby creating sustainable and diverse portfolios.

• Form robust partnerships with internal Horizontal capability teams:

• - Inspire and promote delivery excellence while representing the client's perspective to ensure we meet their expectations and achieve desired outcomes.

• - Collaborate on new business initiatives to leverage your industry expertise in establishing successful new engagements.

• - Work alongside delivery and operations to ensure accurate and clean forecasts.

• - Generate case studies with capability teams to showcase the business value delivered to our clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in expanding key and growth clients with a focus on accounts of $5M or more.

• Proficient in defining and driving strategic vision while orchestrating and creating consensus around ideas and concepts to deliver outcomes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills: capable of leading meetings and presentations with senior clients, as well as inspiring, organizing, and building consensus around ideas and concepts internally.

• Preferred experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, and/or CPG verticals.

• Industry expertise and experience relevant to your specific focus area.

• Experience with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, and/or other composable DXP platforms preferred.

• Strong financial acumen: adept in forecasting and revenue management.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment.
