This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a portfolio of mission-oriented clients from the onboarding phase through achieving long-term success on the UpMetrics platform.
• Cultivate relationships with client teams, key decision-makers, influencers, contacts, and nonprofit collaborators.
• Provide guidance to foundation and nonprofit partners regarding impact objectives, data gathering, metrics, KPI assessment, data best practices, and impact storytelling.
• Manage client revenue streams, including renewals, expansions, and referrals.
• Lead success planning initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews, tracking progress and pinpointing opportunities to enhance value realization.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and foster successful client interactions across various sectors.
• Direct client onboarding and facilitate workshops to establish goals and data collection methods.
• Resolve obstacles while balancing strategic and detail-oriented project management.
• Ensure the platform is effectively implemented and integrated into clients' decision-making frameworks.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver sustainable support through organizational tools.
• Advocate for the customer internally to shape the product development roadmap.
• Articulate the benefits of new features and innovations to clients to enhance engagement.
• Gain insights into clients’ operations and challenges.
• Foster a client community and facilitate connections within the sector.
• Utilize Salesforce, Slack, and Asana for effective communication and collaboration.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles such as strategic partnerships, consulting, professional services, customer success management, or account management.
• Familiarity with the impact sector, including Foundations, Impact Investors, CSR, Nonprofits, EdTech, or similar fields.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional project management and communication capabilities.
• Quick to learn, capable of understanding both high-level concepts and intricate technological details.
• Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Willingness to assist in testing and refining team processes.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
