This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take the lead on operational delivery for client accounts that are high-complexity and high-impact.
• Act as a strategic operational consultant for client executives and senior leadership.
• Convert operational data, trends, root-cause analyses, and risks into insights and recommendations that are ready for executive presentation.
• Create operational strategies that align with client goals and enterprise capabilities.
• Detect systemic issues, emerging risks, and opportunities for optimization throughout the client lifecycle.
• Assist clients in navigating operational changes and initiatives aimed at performance improvement.
• Manage complex issue analysis and develop resolution strategies.
• Conduct advanced root-cause analyses involving cross-functional teams.
• Frame escalations by clearly articulating risks, impacts, options, and suggested actions.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Director on issues that are high-risk or have enterprise-wide implications.
• Track performance trends and assess the effectiveness of remediation efforts.
• Ensure professional and transparent communication with clients during the resolution of issues.
• Facilitate director-level operational reviews and complex discussions with clients.
• Prepare and present materials, presentations, and insight-driven narratives.
• Lead internal discussions on account strategy and align stakeholders on priorities and action plans.
• Advocate for client needs while balancing operational realities and enterprise standards.
• Mentor Client Delivery Specialists and Managers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex workflows, client scenarios, and operational challenges.
• Contribute to the development of Client Delivery frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Identify systemic issues across the portfolio and suggest enterprise-wide improvements.
• Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with leadership on process optimization, change management, and operational innovation.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or similar environments.
• Profound understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in client-facing presentations.
• Ability to influence others without formal authority in cross-functional settings.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above will be considered.
