Senior Client Delivery Manager – ERP Implementations, Consulting Services

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive ERP software implementation and consulting projects for mid-sized and large clients.

• Manage ongoing account relationships beyond the go-live phase.

• Deliver intricate ERP solutions punctually, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Create project plans and work breakdown structures that encompass scope, budget, resources, and timelines.

• Serve as a liaison between executive sponsors, steering committees, client project managers, department heads, IT teams, and external software vendors.

• Identify obstacles and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee system testing, data migration cycles, and the final go-live/cutover strategy.

• Establish hypercare and transition clients to standard support services.

• Collaborate on drafting statements of work.

• Address and resolve conflicts within the team.

• Collect and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.

• Coordinate functional consultants, technical developers, data migration specialists, and quality assurance resources.

• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and updates for executive steering committees.

• Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and best practices.

• Manage client expectations while nurturing strong relationships.

• Monitor account health and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional services, upselling, and renewals.

• Supervise data migration, system integration, testing, training, and go-live assistance.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of ERP implementation methodologies and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management.

• A minimum of 3 years focused on ERP software implementations or similar enterprise systems.

• Proven history of successfully delivering full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

• Experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Syspro, Infor, Epicor, Sage, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed, typically 10–20% of the time.

• Experience implementing SYSPRO ERP is strongly preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.

• Background in consulting services.

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry verticals.

• Familiarity with SQL, data migration tools, integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft), AI platforms, and reporting tools.
