Senior Client Delivery Lead – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Oversee a technology domain, focusing specifically on billing for client projects.

• Assist European clients in their technology transformation and long-term migration initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with client product owners and business leaders.

• Serve as the primary contact for technology development and for the escalation/resolution of domain or product-related issues.

• Act as the knowledge repository for the workings of Kraken and the delivery of the Kraken Platform.

• Prioritize and triage incoming requests while effectively communicating client priorities within the organization.

• Summarize and clearly articulate client requirements, considerations, and timelines to support the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.

• Assist engineering teams in the delivery of product features.

• Encourage clients to embrace Kraken’s approach to continuous iteration and deployment.

• Collaborate with Kraken technology and operational teams as well as client stakeholders.

• Integrate technology, personnel, and processes to enhance client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in client delivery and/or product ownership.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Background in product management and customer journey mapping.

• Strong grasp of technology and current industry trends.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.

• Strong influence and the capability to challenge conventional thinking.

• Experience managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.

• Patience and a proactive approach.

• Excellent time management skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Consulting experience is advantageous.

• Proficiency in both English and Danish is mandatory.

• Must have the right to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available.

• C1-level proficiency in English.

• C1/fluent proficiency in Danish.

• Experience in the energy sector or related utilities.

• Familiarity with billing or payment products.
