Senior Claims Refund Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all refunds related to claims.

• Record and monitor refunds diligently.

• Organize and duplicate refund documentation when necessary.

• Collaborate with claims department staff to assess the validity of refunds.

• Generate monthly reports highlighting processing errors leading to unsolicited refunds.

• Manage overpayment initiatives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in claims processing is required.

• Experience with the QicLink claims processing system is preferred.

• Experience in adjustments is a must.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.

• Capable of quickly learning new data systems.

• Must have an internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service.

• Internet speed must be at least 100Mbps for download and 25Mbps for upload.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer tasks.
