This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, and resolutions of General Liability claims related to Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Professional Liability, whether or not involving attorneys.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages by reviewing policy terms, claim reports, relevant statutes, and applicable case law.
• Engage with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses to collect information, provide updates, and facilitate the claims process.
• Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent claims to the Special Investigative Unit (SIU).
• Seek out third-party subrogation opportunities when appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory standards across various jurisdictions.
• Deliver compassionate customer service, emphasizing clear communication and effective resolutions.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing liability claims that involve bodily injury, including coverage analysis, investigation, and compliance-oriented claims handling.
• Proven track record of comprehensive Injury Evaluation and Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.
• Must possess, or be capable of quickly acquiring, a Texas Independent Adjuster License.
