Senior Civil Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation and resolve civil and architectural challenges with onsite teams.

• Conduct inspections of civil and architectural work prior to handover.

• Train onsite teams on civil and architectural principles.

• Advise developers and building owners concerning civil and architectural matters.

• Create standard procedures and tools to enhance property management efficiency.

• Assist with the implementation of JLL technology alongside onsite teams.

• Knowledge and experience in civil and architectural fields.

• Capability to consult on civil and architectural issues with onsite teams.

• Proficiency in inspecting building civil and architectural work for handover.

• Competence in educating onsite teams on civil and architectural concepts.

• Ability to advise developers and building owners on relevant civil and architectural work.

• Skill in developing standard procedures and tools for efficient property management.

• Capacity to support technology implementation with onsite teams.
