Senior Chargeback Dispute Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage chargeback cases related to both POS and eCommerce transactions.

• Oversee inquiries and issues related to BLIK.

• Demonstrate and uphold knowledge of Visa and Mastercard chargeback regulations.

• Generate team statistics and reports as requested by the supervisor.

• Provide support and training to junior specialists in their daily tasks.

• Develop training materials and documentation.

• Engage in online training sessions organized by Payment Schemes.

• Track and verify updates to Payment Scheme regulations for POS and eCommerce.

• Ensure the effective implementation of regulatory updates in collaboration with Card Scheme Compliance.

• Organize team activities during the supervisor’s absence.

• Assist the supervisor with ongoing operational responsibilities.

• Represent the team independently in both internal and cross-functional meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in chargeback processes.

• Completed training in chargebacks from Visa/Mastercard.

• Possess a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to share knowledge.

• High attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving.

• Very good understanding of Payment Scheme regulations, particularly Visa and Mastercard.

• Proactive mindset with a desire for ongoing skill development.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Experience in processing eCommerce chargebacks is a bonus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is an additional advantage.
