This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Formulate marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with System Integrators within the video security and access control partner channels.
• Establish and sustain both internal and external relationships to implement partner marketing initiatives.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing activities through System Integrators.
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics to inform future strategy and direction.
• Oversee partner budgets and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), concentrating on high-impact programs that yield the greatest ROI.
• Identify, develop, and manage content that empowers partners to promote and sell products more efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, channel operations, and regional marketing on strategic initiatives that enhance partner loyalty and drive sales growth.
• Organize and facilitate partner-focused events, including conferences and webinars.
• Offer support and address partner marketing inquiries.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in channel marketing.
• More than 6 years in channel marketing roles.
• At least 5 years in B2B technology is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
• Well-versed in channel dynamics with experience in partner marketing.
• Capability to align sales and marketing efforts to achieve unified objectives.
• Experience interacting with sales leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and marketing automation tools.
• Strong comprehension of lead flow processes and management.
• Proven ability to design and implement high-impact, full-funnel partner marketing campaigns.
• A self-driven, analytical thinker who can define, pursue, and achieve objectives while being motivated to succeed.
• Previous experience in entrepreneurial settings.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.
