Senior Channel Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, oversee, and enhance outbound communications through direct mail, email, and text/SMS.

• Create and manage a consolidated channel calendar for Parking, Tolling, Municipal Collections, and various client types.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance, manage volume, and fulfill timing requirements.

• Identify and execute channel strategies, initiatives, and delivery methods to boost engagement and collections performance.

• Ensure outreach timelines are adhered to and budgetary compliance is upheld.

• Evaluate messaging for compliance, clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with brand standards.

• Create, maintain, and oversee approved communication templates for direct mail, email, and SMS.

• Suggest content enhancements to elevate response rates, readability, and campaign engagement.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to review and approve template language.

• Lead A/B testing and test-and-control content experiments.

• Develop and maintain dashboards that track delivery, response, payment, and opt-out metrics.

• Analyze channel performance and test/control segments to uncover trends and recommend improvements.

• Provide regular and ad hoc performance reports to senior management.

• Monitor campaign outcomes and operational processes for compliance and performance objectives.

• Analyze cost-per-contact and ROI for budget planning and vendor negotiations.

• Coordinate with direct mail, email, and SMS vendors regarding production, delivery, and inventory management.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and uphold contractual obligations.

• Lead cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

• Identify opportunities to cut costs and enhance delivery efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing communications across at least two of the following: direct mail, email, and text/SMS.

• Demonstrated expertise in template development, content governance, or communications quality management.

• Strong background in reporting and analytics, including the creation of dashboards and transforming data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in omni-channel communications platforms and tools, such as SendGrid, Amazon SES, Twilio, Amazon SNS, and direct mail management systems.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, Databricks, or similar tools.

• Superior written communication skills with a sharp eye for language, tone, and compliance-sensitive messaging.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and convey findings to non-technical audiences.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel or omni-channel marketing, communications, or customer outreach operations.

• Experience in vendor management is required.

• Background in collections, financial services, government processing, or a related regulated industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with TCPA and FDCPA is preferred.

• Must reside in one of the eligible states listed.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
