This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance engagement with current Sophos partners in the Midmarket and enterprise sectors.
• Lead the strategic enablement of partners and long-term growth planning within the designated territory.
• Align Sophos solutions with the business objectives of partners.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and solution integrations through strategic collaboration.
• Work in conjunction with Sophos presales, marketing, and sales teams.
• Foster growth among Commercial, Midmarket, and Enterprise customers through Sophos partners.
• Oversee pipeline management and sales campaigns for renewals, upgrades, and new-logo opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners in the assigned territory, utilizing internal resources such as presales.
• Proactively follow up on leads and partner data.
• Support and implement Sophos channel programs and sales activities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage KPIs with key partners.
• Maintain daily communication with partners via phone and email.
• Demonstrate Sophos partner tools and Central.
• Present Sophos go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
• Cultivate consultative relationships with key partner contacts.
• Drive enablement for Strategic, Growth, and MSP partner categories.
• Keep abreast of partners' and customers' business priorities, challenges, investment areas, and profitability aspects.
• Develop high-quality, high-ROI marketing plans for leading partners.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant customer sales or Channel Sales experience in the IT sector.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with partners and customers at all levels.
• A demonstrated record of achieving channel sales targets.
• Strong capability to manage multiple competing priorities and effectively solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is based.
