This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead change management efforts for large-scale, intricate, enterprise-wide initiatives utilizing Servus' Enterprise Change Management methodology.
• Formulate and implement strategies for change and people readiness that encompass stakeholder engagement, communication, training, sponsor support, resistance management, and sustainability planning.
• Execute assessments on change impact, readiness, stakeholders, and risks while proposing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, senior management, project teams, and key business stakeholders to facilitate change adoption and achieve business objectives.
• Guide leaders in effective change sponsorship and leadership methodologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, readiness, adoption rates, and the realization of business benefits.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Change Management Office through ongoing improvement, capability development, governance support, and the formulation of best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members while acting as a subject matter expert in organizational change management.
• Assist in special projects and enterprise-wide initiatives as business requirements emerge.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex organizational change initiatives, including technology implementations, enterprise transformations, merger integrations, strategic changes, or cultural change programs.
• In-depth understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR and Prosci.
• Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Prosci Certification or other recognized Change Leadership certification (preferred).
• Possession of a professional designation such as CCMP, PMP, or CMC (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
