This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Certification to achieve team objectives and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members to create a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Create and update process documentation, which includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids.
• Evaluate team and business performance, analyze relevant data, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct performance reviews, address any issues, and celebrate accomplishments.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff in partnership with the Manager.
• Approve timecards for each pay cycle.
• Facilitate one-on-one meetings with employees and lead team discussions.
• Provide support for the Manager of Certification during their absences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute subject matter expertise.
• Use sound judgment when escalating inquiries to reduce rework.
• Comprehend team time allocation and its relevance to workflows and processes.

• Proven experience in identifying inefficiencies and collaborating on solutions through process enhancements or targeted training.
• Strong leadership abilities and a genuine passion for staff development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead group discussions and conduct one-on-ones.
• Capability to coordinate and manage large-scale or long-term projects, maintain stakeholder relationships, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience in direct or indirect leadership, or guiding a team through transitions.
• Proficient in macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships while maintaining high performance standards.
• Competence in managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Professional writing skills and the ability to review others' written work.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional time management and the ability to make independent decisions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a compliance-related role or industry.
