Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with plaintiff personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution under the guidance of an attorney.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Oversee an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives within designated case lifecycle timelines.

• Manage communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and handle claims management.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and legal representatives.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity logs in Litify.

• Provide support for case-related activities and legal assistance functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim progress and proactively follow up on pending issues.

• Guarantee adherence to firm protocols, documentation criteria, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Experience in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Strong organizational, communication, and case management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Engagement as an independent contractor, not as an employee.

• Contractor must provide their own equipment and workspace.

• Computer requirements: Windows 11 with Intel i5 8th generation or newer/equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 Sonoma or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.

• The device must be exclusively used by the contractor.

• Internet requirements: minimum 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100 ms, private password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone is required.

• Webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, active endpoint protection, and screen lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity are required.

• Applicant data must be stored solely in firm-designated systems.
