This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to final resolution.
• Manage communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and oversee claims.
• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, insurance providers, and legal representatives.
• Ensure precise and current case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Support case-related tasks under the supervision of an attorney.
• Engage with clients in both English and Spanish as necessary.
• Monitor claim status and proactively follow up to mitigate delays in case progression.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Proven experience with personal injury claims, including knowledge of no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.
• Background in working at a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.
• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.
• Contractors must provide their own equipment and workspace.
• Computer must be capable of running a browser-based ATS, video conferencing, and a softphone concurrently.
• Windows 11 with Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD.
• The device must be used exclusively by the contractor.
• Internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and latency under 100 ms.
• A private, password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
• Webcam capable of delivering clear video.
• Full-disk encryption must be enabled (e.g., BitLocker or FileVault).
• Automatic security updates must be enabled for the operating system and browser.
• Screen lock should activate after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software is required.
• Applicant data must be stored only in systems designated by the firm.
• Engagement as an independent contractor, rather than as an employee.
