Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support for plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Handle an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment goals while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.

• Oversee communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatment, and manage claim activities.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Keep precise, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.

• Assist with case-related tasks and legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim status and follow up on pending items to prevent delays.

• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience working within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capable of working independently while managing a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Computer must meet the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware requirements.

• Internet connection should have a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed and 15 Mbps upload speed, with latency under 100 ms, and must be on a private password-protected network.

• USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• Webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, and active endpoint protection software are essential.

• Applicant data must be stored exclusively in firm-designated systems.
