Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize specialized knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Handle an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while complying with case lifecycle timelines.

• Oversee communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatment, and manage claim activities.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Keep precise, comprehensive, and up-to-date case documentation and activity logs in Litify.

• Provide assistance with case-related tasks and legal support activities.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim status and follow up on pending items to avoid delays.

• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proven experience in handling personal injury claims, such as no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Strong organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors are required to provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Computer must meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11 or macOS 14.

• Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, with latency under 100 ms, and a secure password-protected network.

• USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• A webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, active endpoint protection, and secure data storage are essential.
