Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support for plaintiff personal injury cases from intake to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Handle an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while following case lifecycle timelines.

• Oversee communications with insurance, coordinate medical treatments, and manage claim activities.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Keep case documentation and activity records in Litify accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• Assist with activities related to cases and legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim statuses and follow up on pending items to avoid delays.

• Ensure adherence to firm protocols, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including knowledge of no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm is essential.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Computer must meet the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware requirements, including 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD.

• Internet connection must offer a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, with latency under 100 ms.

• A private, password-protected network is required; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is necessary.

• A webcam capable of high-quality video for scheduled calls is required.

• Must have full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, active endpoint protection, and screen lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.

• Applicant data must only be stored in firm-designated systems.
