Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support for plaintiff personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution under the guidance of an attorney.

• Utilize expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Oversee an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.

• Handle communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and manage claims activities.

• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records within Litify.

• Assist with activities related to cases and provide legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as necessary.

• Track claim status and follow up on pending items to avoid delays.

• Ensure adherence to the firm's procedures, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Experience with personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience using Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors are required to provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Computer must meet the minimum specifications for Windows 11 or macOS 14.

• Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps for download and 15 Mbps for upload, with latency under 100 ms.

• Must have a private, password-protected network; use of public Wi-Fi is prohibited.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• Webcam must be capable of delivering clear video.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, active endpoint protection, and screen lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity are necessary.

• Applicant data must be stored exclusively in systems designated by the firm.
