Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support for plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution under the guidance of an attorney.

• Utilize expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Oversee an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while adhering to established case lifecycle timelines.

• Handle communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatment, and manage claims effectively.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.

• Assist with activities related to cases and provide legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim status and follow up on pending items to avoid delays.

• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Experience in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Previous experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, and case management.

• Capability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Prior experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• A Windows 11 computer with Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD is required.

• The device must be exclusively used by the contractor.

• An internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, latency under 100 ms, and a private password-protected network is necessary.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• A webcam capable of delivering clear video quality is essential.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, a screen lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity, and active endpoint protection software are mandatory.

• Applicant data must be stored solely in systems designated by the firm.
