Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from the intake phase to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize advanced knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Oversee an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while following case lifecycle timelines.

• Handle communications with insurance, coordinate medical treatments, and manage claims effectively.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.

• Ensure case documentation and activity records in Litify are accurate, complete, and current.

• Provide assistance with case-related tasks and legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as necessary.

• Track claim statuses and follow up on pending items to avoid delays and promote resolution.

• Guarantee adherence to firm procedures, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience working at a plaintiff personal injury law firm is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Computer must meet the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware requirements.

• Internet connection must support at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, with latency under 100 ms.

• A private, password-protected network is required; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is necessary.

• A webcam capable of delivering clear video for scheduled meetings is required.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, active endpoint protection, and screen lock must be implemented.

• Applicant data should only be stored in systems designated by the firm.
