Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake through to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize specialized knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Handle an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.

• Oversee communications with insurance companies, coordination of medical treatment, and activities related to claims.

• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, insurance providers, and attorneys.

• Keep precise and up-to-date documentation and activity records in Litify.

• Support case-related tasks and offer legal assistance functions.

• Engage with clients in both English and Spanish.

• Track claim status and follow up on pending items.

• Ensure adherence to firm protocols and case management standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm is essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors are required to provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Must have a computer that meets the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware requirements.

• Internet connection must have at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speed, latency under 100 ms, and be on a private password-protected network.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• A webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, and active endpoint protection software are mandatory.

• Applicant data should only be stored in firm-designated systems.
