Senior Camunda Consultant – Camunda BPM and Axon Ivy Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to the team on the integration of Camunda as the new BPM tool.

• Design a scalable delivery model for Camunda projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Formulate an operational strategy for the solutions created by the team.

• Create a migration plan and methodology for transitioning existing Axon Ivy applications to Camunda.

• Identify and implement best practices for Camunda development with assistance from Claude.

• Define and establish a standardized, AI-enhanced Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with Camunda 8 in enterprise settings.

• Proven experience in developing delivery models and software development standards for Camunda projects.

• Background in migrating BPM solutions, preferably Axon Ivy or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of contemporary software development processes (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with cloud environments.

• Experience in defining operations and support frameworks for developed solutions.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and their integration into modern software development workflows.
