This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to align their current business processes with verified HCM Cloud methodologies to address client requirements, utilizing functional expertise in conjunction with the technical consulting team.
• Facilitate client workshops to define functional business needs and synchronize them with Oracle Cloud capabilities and overall solution implementation.
• Recognize gaps in requirements and design, and create solutions to bridge those gaps.
• Configure the Oracle Cloud environment in accordance with client specifications and meticulously document the application setup.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding options, risks, and implications on other processes and/or systems.
• Oversee the module track of the project, managing scope, client expectations, risk identification and communication, as well as test script execution.
• Guide project team members throughout the project lifecycle, offering coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.
• Engage in internal forums for training, collaboration, issue resolution, and innovative design, serving as a visionary leader within the Oracle Cloud domain.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is anticipated.
• 5–10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field, with specific expertise in modules like Time and Labor and Absence Management.
• A minimum of 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, demonstrating a solid grasp of business practice concepts and essential system design in your areas of expertise.
• Proficiency with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula; experience with Redwood implementation and upgrades is highly desirable.
• Oracle certification in your specific areas of expertise.
• Established ability to independently lead and manage mid-sized client projects, encompassing planning, estimating, and execution, as well as supporting sales as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Proven history of fostering long-term client relationships, delivering intricate solutions, and handling multiple clients with fluctuating priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively at both business and technical levels.
• Self-driven, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team, along with demonstrated knowledge of common challenges faced by client and support teams.
