This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary project lead consultant for both clients and internal personnel.

• Organize training sessions in collaboration with HCUS and customer site contacts.

• Offer insights to customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Line Management regarding equipment issues and customer feedback.

• Evaluate customer understanding and facilitate productive onsite training for optimal product use.

• Provide continuous support for application-related issues and image quality at both product and system levels.

• Collaborate with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and professional staff to ensure effective operation of Fujifilm products.

• Develop, deliver, and maintain documentation for customer training.

• Offer additional compensated training and consulting to support Professional Services revenue objectives.

• Partner with HCUS teams to secure customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions.

• Conduct training sessions for customers, either remotely or onsite, based on customer needs and travel requirements.

• Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), and comprehensive testing for upgrades and new implementations.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to the company's quality management system and regulatory standards.

• Maintain effective communication and relationships with HCUS departments.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in the development of products, services, and sales/marketing strategies.

• Engage in committees, performance improvement teams, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Assist Senior and Lead Clinical Consultants with project-related tasks.

• Provide telephone and remote clinical support via the On-Call Technical Assistance Center.

• Participate in clinical validation testing for software releases.

• Mentor Clinical Consultant MI-I and II.

• Take corrective actions as deemed necessary.

• Ensure a safe working environment.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS Administration, or the healthcare sector.

• 2 years of experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products, such as SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, and Digital Mammography.

• An Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.

• Experience in the Cardiology or Radiology fields is preferred.

• Registration/certification in relevant clinical specialties, such as RDCS, RVT, Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered Nurse Cardiac, or ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist.

• A professional demeanor with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Background in medical imaging.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with end-users and clinical supervisors.

• Proven end-user computer skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to translate workflow requirements into product features.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience in the IT/Healthcare field.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

• Organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

• Capability to comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and relevant laws and regulations.

• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for accessing hospitals and facilities.

• Competence in completing company training and expense reports in a timely manner.

• Ability to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including SWAT.

• Physical capability to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk long distances, use stairs, and lift/carry up to ten pounds.

• Ability to endure changes in air pressure due to travel.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.
